In Vitro

(Des-Pyr1)-LHRH (100 ng mL-1) acts as a stable, concentration-independent internal standard for LC-MS/MS quantification of gonadorelin in 1:10 diluted human urine samples, with no detectable degradation after freeze-thaw cycles[1].
