Biological Activity
Sulfenic acid[1]
CysOx2 (1 mM; 1 h) reacts with H2O2 and produces fluorescence in 50 mM HEPES pH 7.4[1].
CysOx2 is cell permeable[1].
CysOx2 (50 μM; 1 h) shows fluorescence signal in epitope-tagged wild-type EGFR expression HeLa cells, the signal is absent in C797S EGFR expression HeLa cells[1].
