Biological Activity
GNE-3565 (50 μM; 10 min at 22 °C) binds to the VSD4 domain of the VSD4-NaV1.7-NaVPas chimeric channel in a pose similar to the arylsulfonamide inhibitor GX-936, forming key interactions with the R4 gating charge and subtype-selectivity residues Tyr1537 and Trp1538[1].
