Nectin-4
Enfortumab (powder) Vedotin is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) consisting of a monoclonal antibody targeting nectin-4 and Monomethyl auristatin E (HY-15162). Nectin-4 is highly expressed in urothelial carcinoma, and MMAE is a microtubule disruptor. Enfortumab (powder) Vedotin binds to nectin-4 and delivers MMAE to the interior of tumor cells, thereby inhibiting the formation of cell microtubules, leading to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis[1][2].
