Exatecan-(D-2,4-DHB)-NH2-AA (bPEG8)-Mal (compound 61) consists of the linker D-2,4-DHB-NH2-AA(bPEG8)-Mal (HY-183595) and the cytotoxic molecule Exatecan (HY-13631). Exatecan (DX-8951) is a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor with an IC50 of 2.2 μM (0.975 μg/mL)[1].
