Biological Activity
Guide (The following is our recommended protocol. This protocol is only a guide and should be modified according to your specific needs).
1. Preparation of Dye Working Solution[2]
1.1 Prepare 0.1% Fast Red Violet LB solution.
2. Specific Staining Steps
2.1 Wash cells with PBS to remove residual reagents.
2.2 Fix cells with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 min.
2.3 Wash with PBS to remove paraformaldehyde.
2.4 Incubate cells with Fast Red Violet LB working solution and 0.1% naphthol AS-MX phosphate at room temperature for 10 min.
2.5 Wash cells thoroughly with PBS to remove unbound dye.
2.6 Observe alkaline phosphatase (ALP)-positive cells under a microscope.
