製品説明
体外実験
Fenchyl alcohol has a strong inhibitory effect on rumen microbial activity and inhibits rumen microbial fermentation activity[1].
Fenchyl alcohol (0.005-0.01%; 4-24 h) inhibits the formation of Candida albicans biofilm and hyphae, and inhibits the metabolism of biofilm cells [2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

-
Result:Significantly downregulated the expression of ECE1, ECE2, and RBT1.
体内実験
In rats treated with Fenchyl alcohol (2.05, 2.56, 3.2, 4.0, and 5.0 g/kg, orally, single-dose, observed for 14 days), all rat deaths occurred between days 1 and 3. At the 2.05 and 2.56 g/kg doses, half of the animals died; at 3.2 g/kg, three-thirds died; at 4.0 g/kg, two-half died; and at 5.0 g/kg, all five-fifths died[4].
Fenchyl alcohol is administered topically at a dose of 2.0 g/kg body weight, and observed for 14 days. No deaths occurred in either of the two guinea pigs in the experimental group[4].
