Ferroptosis-IN-3

Ferroptosis-IN-3 (Compound 25) is a ferroptosis inhibitor. Ferroptosis-IN-3 inhibits RSL3-induced ferroptosis (EC₅₀: 8.6 nM in HT-1080 cells). Ferroptosis-IN-3 scavenges DPPH and ABTS radicals (EC₅₀: 3.94 and 6.3 μM respectively). Ferroptosis-IN-3 decreases lipid peroxidation.
