Actividad biológica
Allopregnane (5α-pregnane) derived seven compounds (three new steroidal sulfates, three known monosaccharide saponins, one new oligosaccharide saponins) are isolated and structurally characterized from starfish Asterias amurensis using NMR, HRESI-MS, and TDDFT-ECD, expanding the structural diversity of starfish saponins[1].
Allopregnane (5α-pregnane) is detected as a trace sterane constituent in southern California municipal wastewater effluents from JWPCP, Hyp-5 mi, Hyp-7 mi, OCSD, and CSD treatment plants, with the sterane class present at concentrations ranging from <0.5-50 μg/L in unfiltered samples[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
