NE-10133 potently inhibits rat I_SK channels expressed in Xenopus oocytes, with an EC₅₀ of 12 μM; at concentrations up to 20 μM, it exerts no effect on RBK1, RBK2 or RGK5 potassium channels^[2].
NE-10133 potently inhibits the I_Ks potassium current in guinea pig ventricular myocytes with an EC₅₀ of 11 μM, and its efficacy is comparable to its inhibitory effect on rat I_SK channels in Xenopus oocytes^[2].
