PSB-22269 (0-1000 nM; 30 min) competitively inhibits GPR17-mediated calcium mobilization in 1321N1 astrocytoma cells with pIC50 6.90 and pKB 7.46[1].
PSB-22269 (20 min) inhibits GPR17 agonist-induced Gαi2 activation in HEK293 cells with pIC50 6.31[1].
PSB-22269 binds hGPR17 in the cell-free [3H]PSB-12150 binding assay using CHO-FITR cell membranes, with the reported overall IC50 range of 0.0089-0.13 µM[2].
