HDAC-IN-55(8j) is a small molecular compound that can increase the expression of E-cadherin and inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells[1].

In Vitro

HDAC-IN-55(8j) acts on SW620 cell line and H520 cell line with the EC50 values of 4.47 and 1.61 μM, respectively[1].
HDAC-IN-55(8j) (10 μM, 24 h) can increase the expression of E-cadherin in SW620 cells and inhibit the proliferation of SW620 cells[1].
