Biological Activity

Cell viability assay[1]:
1. Add Cy 5 hydrazide to sample at 25°C for 1 h to label sample.
2. Remove salts and unbound dye by the trichloroacetic acid (TCA) esodium deoxycholate (DOC) or acetone method.
3. Measure fluorescence intensity (Ex=640 nm, Em=660 nm).
