SPDZi1

SPDZi1 is a potent and selective syntenin inhibitor that binds to PDZ1 and PDZ2 domains of syntenin. SPDZi1 binds to the syntenin PDZ tandem (STNPDZ) with a K_d of 3.6 μM. SPDZi1 suppresses glioblastoma and reduces the activation of NF-κB, a downstream effector of syntenin.
