L-Leucyl-L-alanine can self-assemble into a layered structure through intermolecular salt formation and hydrogen bonding, and its interlayer cavity can perform enantioselective inclusion of alkyl methyl sulfoxides via hydrogen bonding, especially showing high (R)-enantioselectivity for sulfoxides with larger groups such as isobutyl, butyl, and benzyl[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
