LANA-DNA-IN-1 has inhibition activity for LBS2, LBS1 and LBS3 with IC50 values of 8 μM, 9μM and 8μM in FP Assay[1].
LANA-DNA-IN-1 has potent LANA-LBS1-inhibitory with an IC50 values of 53 μM[1].
LANA-DNA-IN-1 (31.25, 62.5, 125 and 250 μM) has potent against wild-type LANA CTD and the oligomerization-deficient LANA DBD mutant[1].
