Linavonkibart (SRK-181) is a fully human IgG4/κ subtype monoclonal antibody that selectively targets latent TGFβ1 (latent TGFβ1), with IC50 values of 1.07 nM, 1.11 nM, and 1.02 nM against human, rat, and cynomolgus monkey orthologs, respectively. Linavonkibart specifically binds to the prodomain of latent TGFβ1, preventing its activation into the mature, active form, and shows negligible binding to TGFβ2, TGFβ3, or activated TGFβ. Linavonkibart is applicable for research on locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors.

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 Raji cells with Linavonkibart (HY-P990069, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/50 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
