Animal Model:The model of podal edema with carrageenan in rats[1]
-
Dosage:30 mg/kg
-
Administration:Orally; single dose
-
Result:After 1 h, a significant anti-inflammatory activity was observed (percentage inhibition of the edema: 39.7%) on carrageenan compared to the control group.
After 2 h, the anti-inflammatory activity decreases sharply (16.2%).
This activity completely disappeared after 4 h under TUKEY test.
