Cat. No.: HY-123012A Purity: 98.44%
Handling Instructions Technical Support

Lubabegron fumarate is a potent modulator of β-adrenergic receptor (β-AR). Lubabegron fumarate demonstrates antagonistic behavior at the β1 and β 2 receptor subtypes and agonistic behavior at the β 3 receptor subtype in cattle. Lubabegron fumarate reduces NH3 gas emissions from an animal or its waste. Lubabegron fumarate is available as an animal supplement.

Description

Lubabegron fumarate is a potent modulator of β-adrenergic receptor (β-AR). Lubabegron fumarate demonstrates antagonistic behavior at the β1 and β 2 receptor subtypes and agonistic behavior at the β 3 receptor subtype in cattle. Lubabegron fumarate reduces NH3 gas emissions from an animal or its waste. Lubabegron fumarate is available as an animal supplement[1][2].

In Vitro

Lubabegron (1.5-5.5 ppm; fed in the diet; 28-84 days) fumarate has minor impacts on the color, muscle fiber type, tenderness, and flavor of beef striploins in feedlot steers[2].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
