Biological Activity
CAP GAU m7G (5') ppp (5')(2'OMeA) pU is used for co-transcriptional capping during in vitro transcription by T7 RNA polymerase, and the self-amplifying mRNA prepared shows an integrity of 86.8%. After encapsulation with LNP, this capped mRNA transfects HEK293T cells and enables dose- and time-dependent expression of RABV-G protein[1].
