MAC glucuronide linker-3
MAC glucuronide linker-3 (AHPA-004) is a synthetic intermediate of ADC linkers containing a glucuronide moiety. MAC glucuronide linker-3 contains a protected glucuronide group and bears carboxylic acid and hydroxymethyl functional groups, allowing it to serve as a synthetic intermediate for subsequent linker construction. MAC glucuronide linker-3 is applicable to the synthesis of glucuronide-type ADC linkers and related research.
