In Vitro

Compound 1, derived from a spirohydantoin scaffold, exhibits a K_i of 50 nM at MCH-R1. Compound 1 is a potent inhibitor of CYP3A4 (IC₅₀=35 nM). MCHR1 antagonist 3 is an analog of compound 1^[1].
