NSC 660028 is a DNA topoisomerase II (DNA topoisomerase II) inhibitor with an ID50 of 50 μM. NSC 660028 inhibits DNA topoisomerase II and induces protein-linked DNA breaks. NSC 660028 can be used for cancer research[1].

In Vitro

NSC 660028 (Compound 21) (20-50 μM) inhibits DNA topoisomerase II activity with an ID50 of 50 μM and induces greater protein-linked DNA breakage at 20 μM than Etoposide (HY-13629) at 50 μM[1].
