Biological Activity
Diosbulbin D (10-80 μM; 12-72 h) can induce cytotoxicity in human normal liver L-02 cells[1].
Diosbulbin D (40 μM; 24 h) induces morphological changes in L-02 cells[1].
Diosbulbin D (20-80 μM; 12-48 h) induces L-02 cells apoptosis in a time- and concentration-dependent manner[1].
