In Vitro
PfGSK3/PfPK6-IN-2 (compound 23d) inhibits P. falciparum 3D7 load in erythrocytes (EC50: 552 nM)[1].
PfGSK3/PfPK6-IN-2 (2 μM) shows cytotoxicity against HepG2 cells[1].
