pKal-IN-1 (compound 13) potently inhibits plasma kallikrein with an IC50 of 0.7 nM[1].
pKal-IN-1 does not exhibit time-dependent inhibition of CYP3A4, with a TDI ratio of ~1[1].
pKal-IN-1 does not significantly inhibit hERG, with an IC50 >60 μM[1].
pKal-IN-1 activates PXR with an EC50 of 7.9 μM and a maximum effect of 109%[1].
pKal-IN-1 inhibits CYP2C9 with an IC50 of 13 μM, but does not significantly inhibit CYP2D6 or CYP2C8[1].
