Instructions
1. The enzyme can be dissolved in 25 mM potassium phosphate, pH 7.0, or in reference buffer or pure water according to the specific experiment.
2. For enzymatic hydrolysis, the sugar substrate (0.5 g dissolved in 5 mL 50 mM potassium phosphate, pH 6.0) can be incubated with 5U pyranose oxidase for 24 hours.
