Description

Rhodamine 6G hydrazide (R6GH) is a fluorescent dye. Rhodamine 6G hydrazide can be used in selective colorimetric and fluorescent sensing[1].

In Vitro

Guide (The following is the recommended solution. This solution is provided for guidance only. You can adjust it according to your actual needs.) [1]
Prepare a Rhodamine 6G hydrazide (1.0 mM) solution in methanol.
2. Dilute the sample to be tested with Rhodamine 6G hydrazide to the working concentration.
3. Mix Rhodamine 6G hydrazide with the sample containing the target ions in a quartz cuvette.
4. Record the spectral data (Ex = 500 nm).
