Prepare a Rhodamine 6G hydrazide (1.0 mM) solution in methanol.
2. Dilute the sample to be tested with Rhodamine 6G hydrazide to the working concentration.
3. Mix Rhodamine 6G hydrazide with the sample containing the target ions in a quartz cuvette.
4. Record the spectral data (Ex = 500 nm).
