Ridazolol hydrochloride exhibits a high degree of selectivity for β-1 adrenergic receptor (β1AR) and possesses moderate intrinsic sympathomimetic activity (ISA). Ridazolol hydrochloride can competitively antagonize the relaxation effects induced by isoproterenol. Ridazolol hydrochloride is utilized in the research of cardiovascular diseases.
