Purity:  99.81%
Synonyms: Desmethylclomipramine-d3 hydrochloride;Norclomipramine-d3 hydrochloride
N-Desmethyl clomipramine-d3 hydrochloride (Desmethylclomipramine-d3 hydrochloride; Norclomipramine-d3 hydrochloride) is the deuterated-labeled N-Desmethyl clomipramine hydrochloride (HY-12388A). N-Desmethyl clomipramine hydrochloride is the orally active major active metabolite of the tricyclic antidepressant Clomipramine (HY-B0457A), possessing multiple activities including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, and antiparasitic effects. N-Desmethyl clomipramine hydrochloride blocks autophagosome-lysosome fusion, leading to the accumulation of LC3-II, p62, ATG7, WIPI2, and ATG5-12, reactivates the p53/p21 pathway, induces apoptosis through C-PARP and C-CAS3, and inhibits the proliferation, migration, and invasion of renal cancer cells. N-Desmethyl clomipramine hydrochloride inhibits LdTOPIA, inducing R-loop accumulation in the nucleus of Leishmania, ultimately causing parasite death. N-Desmethyl clomipramine hydrochloride can be used for research on depression, metastatic renal cell carcinoma, and leishmaniasis [4] .

mAChR

Research Areas:

Neurological Disease

DC-98-LC74 is a selective modulator of adult skeletal muscle-type nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α1β1δε), with an EC50 value of 6.5 µM for the human receptor and an IC50 of 13.45 µM for the human α3β4 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. DC-98-LC74 increases the ligand-free opening probability of the receptor via the ε subunit M2-M3 loop, and prolongs the burst duration and opening probability of wild-type and fast-channel mutant AChR. DC-98-LC74 exerts weak effects on neuronal AChR subtypes and has no agonist activity. DC-98-LC74 prolongs the mouse diaphragm endplate current and improves muscle contractility in isolated neuromuscular preparations from sarcopenic mice. DC-98-LC74 can be used for studies on neuromuscular junction function and myasthenia-related diseases .

CAS No.: 2543-94-4
Phellopterin, an orally active furocoumarin with multiple biological activities. Phellopterin is a partial agonist of the central benzodiazepine receptors. Phellopterin exerts anti-inflammatory effects by upregulating SIRT1, downregulating ICAM-1 (reducing chronic inflammation, aiding diabetic ulcer healing), inhibiting STAT3 phosphorylation (easing atopic dermatitis inflammation), regulating Akt/PKC pathways (lowering TNF-α-induced VCAM-1 to block monocyte adhesion), and inhibiting TLR4/NF-κB pathway and macrophage M2 polarization (alleviating colitis-related cancers). Phellopterin suppresses ovarian cancer progression via inhibiting the PU.1/CLEC5A/PI3K-AKT loop (inducing cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, DNA damage). Phellopterin alleviates murine diabetes by promoting adipocyte differentiation and increasing PPARγ. Phellopterin also has anti-HSV-1 activity. Phellopterin can be used for studying anti-inflammation, anti-cancer (e.g., ovarian cancer, colitis cancer), blood glucose lowering, anti-diabetes, and anti-virus [4] .
