Cat. No.: HY-W440982
CAS No.: 56421-10-4
Synonyms: PC(18:0/18:1); 2-Oleoyl-1-stearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine
Target:

Liposome

Research Areas:

Others

SOPC (PC (18:0/18:1)) is a phosphatidylcholine lipid, which is an unsaturated phospholipid containing a cis double bond. When SOPC binds to Imatinib (HY-15463), Imatinib easily penetrates into its unsaturated liposome bilayer structure, and SOPC forms ordered, larger parallel stripe domains .

Synonyms: Juvenile hormone III bisepoxide; Juvenile hormone bisepoxide; JHB3
Target:

c-Met/HGFR

Research Areas:

Others

Juvenile hormone B 3 (Juvenile hormone III bisepoxide)(mixture of diastereomers) is a sesquiterpenoid hormone. Juvenile hormone B 3 can be isolated from corpus allatum (CA) of high dipterans like the fruitfly and Drosophila melanogaster. JHB3 has anti-metamorphic activity and induces Kr-h1 expression by directly interacting with juvenile hormone (JH) receptors (Met and Gce). Juvenile hormone B 3 can be used for insect lethality research .

Poly (G) (Polyguanylic acid) is a high-molecular-weight synthetic ribopolynucleotide. In the presence of Na + or K + ions, Poly (G) undergoes time-dependent structural modification, gradually self-assembling from a single strand into large G-quadruplex aggregates. Poly (G) undergoes cooperative secondary structure dissociation under alkaline conditions, but its secondary structure can withstand high temperatures up to 100°C and is resistant to snake venom diesterase at low Na + concentrations. Poly (G) forms stable 1:1 complexes with polycytidylic acid or poly 5-bromocytidylic acid, but does not bind to polyinosinic acid or polyadenylic acid. Poly (G) can be applied to studies on the interactions between drugs and G-rich DNA fragments in electrochemical biosensors .
