Thermostable cellulase recombinant is a cellulose hydrolase present in hyperthermophiles, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of β-1,4 glycosidic bonds in cellulose. Thermostable cellulase recombinant targets carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as its primary substrate, and retains high residual activity even after incubation at high temperatures. Thermostable cellulase recombinant is a cellulose hydrolase present in hyperthermophiles, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of β-1,4 glycosidic bonds in cellulose. Thermostable cellulase recombinant targets carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as its primary substrate, and retains high residual activity even after incubation at high temperatures. The activity of Thermostable cellulase recombinant is inhibited by ionic and non-ionic detergents, and can be enhanced by cobalt ions. In Vitro

Thermostable cellulase recombinant enables BL21 CodonPlus (DE3) cells to produce maximal soluble recombinant thermostable cellulase[1].
Thermostable cellulase recombinant (1% carboxymethyl cellulose; 30 min at 90°C) exhibits high substrate affinity (Km = 0.22 mg/mL) with high specific activity (12464 U/mg) using carboxymethyl cellulose[1].
Thermostable cellulase recombinant (2.5 mM cobalt; 1.67 h at 90°C) retains over 70% residual activity after 1.67 h at 90°C when incubated with 2.5 mM cobalt, compared to 50% residual activity without cobalt[1].
Thermostable cellulase recombinant (2.5 mM CoCl2; 30 min at 50°C) effectively removes ink from paper, with greater efficacy for pen ink than ballpoint ink, under the tested conditions[1].
