Urapidil hydrochloride solution
Urapidil hydrochloride solution is mainly composed of Urapidil hydrochloride (HY-B0354A). Urapidil hydrochloride is an orally active and blood-brain barrier permeability α1-adrenoceptor antagonist and 5-HT1A receptor agonist with a pIC50 of 6.13 and 4.38 against α1- and α2-adrenoceptor, respectively. Urapidil hydrochloride shows antihypertensive effect.
