Z-Acp-leu-metyr-MA (CI-2) inhibits mammalian collagenases and related metalloproteinases, with an IC₅₀ value ranging from 25 μM to >100 μM^[1].
Z-Acp-leu-metyr-MA (25-50 μM; 4 days) dose-dependently inhibits parathyroid hormone (PTH)-induced bone resorption in calvariae from 18-day-old cultured NMRI mouse embryos^[1].
