Z6466608628 hydrochloride can be used for the research of intracranial aneurysms[1].

In Vitro

Z6466608628 (10 nM-100 μM; 1 h) hydrochloride potently induces ternary complex formation between recombinant human CRBN-DDB1ΔB and human PPIL4 with an EC50 of 0.34 μM[1].
Z6466608628 (1.66-3.33 μM; 1 h) hydrochloride selectively recruits human PPIL4 and its binding partner DHX40 to recombinant human CRBN-DDB1ΔB in Kelly cell lysate[1].
Z6466608628 (1 μM; 5 h) hydrochloride induces selective, modest downregulation of PPIL4 in MOLT4 cells[1].
Z6466608628 (0.1-10 μM; 5 H) hydrochloride causes dose-dependent depletion of PPIL4 protein in MOLT4 cells, with incomplete degradation observed at 10 μM[1].
