Biological Activity
9-Cyclopentyladenine (compound 12) binds to human AA1R (Ki = 10 μM), AA2AR (Ki = 1.8 μM) and AA3R (Ki = 13 μM) expressed on the cell membrane of CHO cells, but shows no detectable affinity for human AA2BR (Ki > 30 μM)[1].
