Bcl-2 Family Agonist

SMBA1 is a potent Bax agonist with a K_i value of 43.3 nM. SMBA1 enhances the Bax expression. SMBA1 shows anti-tumor activity. SMBA1 has the potential for the research of lung cancer.

CYD-2-11 is a selective Bax agonist with a K_i value of 34.1 nM. CYD-2-11 induces cell apoptosis and shows antiproliferative activity to breast cancer MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cell lines with IC₅₀ values of 3.22 and 3.81 μM, respectively. CYD-2-11 suppresses tumor growth in MDA-MB-231 tumor models. CYD-2-11 can be used for the research of breast and lung cancer.

FPFS-1169 (hydrochloride) is a proto-oncogene protein c-bcl-2 stimulant. FPFS-1169 (hydrochloride) can increase the impulse-evoked release of monoamine neurotransmitters. FPFS-1169 (hydrochloride) can be studied in research on Parkinson’s disease.

VEGFR-2-IN-70 is a potent VEGFR-2 inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 18.04 nM. VEGFR-2-IN-70 exhibits cytotoxicity against A549 and MCF-7 cancer cells with IC₅₀ values of 0.43 μM and 3.8 μM, respectively. VEGFR-2-IN-70 induces G1 cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in lung cancer cells. VEGFR-2-IN-70 is useful in cancer research.

Torulene (Torulin) is an orally active carotenoid with anti-cancer activity. Torulene inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis of tumor cells via a mitochondrial signal pathway and the down-regulation of androgen receptor (AR) expression. Torulene can be used for the study of prostate cancer.
