CRFR Agonist

Urocortin, human, a 40-aa neuropeptide, acts as an agonist of endogenous CRF receptor, with K_is of 0.4, 0.3, and 0.5 nM for hCRF₁, rCRF_2α and mCRF_2β, respectively.
