Biological Activity
Ki: 13 nM (Human CRF1), 1.5 nM (Rat CRF2α), and 0.97 nM (Mouse CRF2β)[1]
Urocortin, rat induces cyclic AMP (cAMP) generation with EC50 of 0.15 nM, 0.063 nM, and 0.087 nM for human CRF1, rat CRF2α and mouse CRF2β, respectively in stably transfected Chinese hamster ovary cells[2].
