Cyclophilin Inhibitor

ZX-J-19L is a CyPJ inhibitor with inhibitory activity against a variety of tumor cell lines. ZX-J-19L inhibits the growth of human liver cancer cells, human breast cancer cells, ovarian cancer cells and prostate cancer cells in vitro. ZX-J-19L can be used for tumor research.

NIM258 is a potent nonimmunosuppressive cyclophilin inhibitor (cyclophilin A K_d = 1.2 nM) with anti-HCV activity (EC₅₀ = 40 nM). NIM258 can be used for HCV infection research.

TWH106 is an inhibitor for Cyclophilin (Cyp) that exhibits good affinity to CypA and CypB with K_D of 53 nM and 139 nM. TWH106 inhibits the replication of HIV and HCV, exhibiting antiviral activity.

Cyclosporin A-d₃ (Cyclosporine A-d₃) is the deuterated-labeled Cyclosporin A (HY-B0579). Cyclosporin A (Cyclosporine A) is an immunosuppressant which binds to the cyclophilin and inhibits phosphatase activity of protein phosphatase 2B (PP2B/calcineurin) with an IC₅₀ of 5 nM. Cyclosporin A is a molecular glue, binds to cyclophilin and calcineurin, leading to inactivation of nuclear Factor of activated T Cells (NFAT) and a subsequent decrease in the immune response. Cyclosporin A also inhibits CD11a/CD18 adhesion.
