Description

ZX-J-19L is a CyPJ inhibitor with inhibitory activity against a variety of tumor cell lines. ZX-J-19L inhibits the growth of human liver cancer cells, human breast cancer cells, ovarian cancer cells and prostate cancer cells in vitro. ZX-J-19L can be used for tumor research[1].

In Vitro

ZX-J-19L (1.0-250 µM; 48 h) inhibits the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma SK-HEP1 and QGY cells[1].
ZX-J-19L (20 µM; 48 h) inhibits the growth of human breast cancer (HCC1954, BT474, MDA-MB468), ovarian cancer (SKOV3) and prostate cancer (PC3, LNCaP) cells[1].
