Hydrastine (Standard)
0 ImagesSynonyms: (-)-β-Hydrastine (Standard); (1R,9S)-β-Hydrastine (Standard)Hydrastine (Standard) is the analytical standard of Hydrastine (HY-B0927). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Hydrastine ((-)-β-Hydrastine; (1R,9S)-β-Hydrastine) is a selective competitive inhibitor of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH), inhibiting dopamine biosynthesis (IC50=20.7 μM, PC12 cells). Hydrastine also inhibits the organic cation transporter OCT1 (IC50=6.6 μM). Hydrastine may cause neuronal toxicity through mitochondrial dysfunction rather than oxidative stress damage, and can aggravate cell apoptosis when combined with L-DOPA. Hydrastine can be used to study Parkinson's disease-related dopaminergic neuronal damage.

Erlotinib-d4
0 ImagesCat. No.: HY-50896S2CAS No.: 1130852-41-3Synonyms: CP-358774-d4; NSC 718781-d4; OSI-774-d4Erlotinib-d4 (CP-358774-d4) is the deuterated-labeled Erlotinib (HY-50896). Erlotinib (CP-358774) is a selective, orally active EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Erlotinib also acts as a substrate and inhibitor of OATP2B1, with an IC50 of approximately 0.079 μM for inhibiting OATP2B1-mediated uptake of estrone 3-sulfate. Erlotinib blocks EGFR phosphorylation, downstream signal transduction, as well as the growth and proliferation of cancer cells. Erlotinib inhibits MMP-10-mediated renal injury, fibrotic lesions, the ERK1/2, GSK-3β and β-catenin signaling pathways, fibronectin, α-SMA, collagen deposition, and renal injury markers. Erlotinib is metabolized via CYP3A to produce the active metabolite OSI-420. Erlotinib can be used in research related to non-small cell lung cancer, gastric cancer, papillary renal cell carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, renal fibrosis, and other conditions.

Epaminurad hydrochloride
0 ImagesCat. No.: HY-111345ACAS No.: 1198153-46-6Synonyms: UR-1102 hydrochloride; URC-102 hydrochlorideEpaminurad (UR-1102) hydrochloride is an orally active, potent and selective URAT1 (urate transporter 1) inhibitor, with a Ki of 0.057 μM. Epaminurad hydrochloride quite modestly inhibits OAT1 and OAT3 (organic anion transporter). Epaminurad hydrochloride is a uricosuric agent. Epaminurad hydrochloride can be used for gout and hyperuricemia research.
