ACC1/2-IN-1 (compound 4s) is a potent ACC1/2 inhibitor with IC₅₀ values of 98.06 and 29.43 nM for ACC1 and ACC2, respectively. ACC1/2-IN-1 can be used for cancer research^[1].

In Vitro

ACC1/2-IN-1 (compound 4s) (72 hours; tumor cell lines) has anti-proliferative activity against A549, H1975, HCT116 and H7901 cell lines with IC₅₀ values of 0.578, 1.005, 0.680 and 1.406 μΜ, respectively^[1].
