ALLANHEELFQTGGGSC
ALLANHEELFQTGGGSC is a Glypican-3 (GPC3) targeting peptide that can be conjugated to fluorescent dyes via cysteine residues. ALLANHEELFQTGGGSC consists of a 12-amino-acid GPC3-binding peptide (ALLANHEELFQT) and a C-terminal GGGSC linker. ALLANHEELFQTGGGSC dose-dependently competes with and inhibits the binding of GPC3-targeting fluorescent probes to Hep3B hepatocellular carcinoma cells. ALLANHEELFQTGGGSC can be used for the construction of GPC3-targeted molecular probes and hepatocellular carcinoma-related research.

Description
In Vitro
ALLANHEELFQTGGGSC (0-200 μM; 30 min) dose-dependently competes with and inhibits the binding of IRDye800-labeled GPC3-targeting peptide to human Hep3B hepatocellular carcinoma cells, and concentrations of 50 μM and above significantly reduce the fluorescence intensity[1].

Result:Showed significantly reduced tumor-to-background (T/B) ratio compared with ALL*-IRDye800 alone group[1].
ALL*-IRDye800 group demonstrated 2.1-fold higher mean T/B ratio than the ALL* (block) group at 1.5 h post-injection.
Peak tumor uptake of ALL*-IRDye800 occurred at 1.5 h post-injection, with clearance by approximately 24 h.
Served as an additional control to confirm that tumor uptake was mediated by specific peptide-target binding interactions rather than nonspecific fluorophore accumulation.
