Anti-CD44 Antibody (Hermes-1) is a kind of rat IgG2a κ chimeric antibody, targeting to human CD44. Anti-CD44 Antibody (Hermes-1) blocks the binding of hyaluronan to CD44. Anti-CD44 Antibody (Hermes-1) restores (Platelet-derived Growth Factor-BB)-induced β-receptor activation and motility in fibroblasts. Anti-CD44 Antibody (Hermes-1) causes partial loss of the anti-aging effect of hyaluronic^[1][2][3].

Anti-CD44 Antibody (Hermes-1) (10 μg/mL, 12 h) increases SA-β-Gal-positive cells in human amniotic epithelial stem cells (hAECs)^[1].
Anti-CD44 Antibody (Hermes-1) (25-50 μg/mL, 27 h) restores (Platelet-derived Growth Factor-BB)-induced β-receptor activation and motility in fibroblasts^[2].
Anti-CD44 Antibody (Hermes-1) (50 μg/mL, 3 h) neutralizes the inhibitory effect of hyaluronan on PDGF-BB (Platelet-derived Growth Factor-BB)-induced β-receptor phosphorylation in fibroblasts^[2].
