Anti-GPC3 Antibody (YP7)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Anti-GPC3 Antibody (YP7) is a kind of mouse IgG1 κ chimeric antibody, targeting to human GPC3. Anti-GPC3 Antibody (YP7) reacts with the C-lobe of cell surface-associated glypican-3 (GPC3). Anti-GPC3 Antibody (YP7) can be used for the research of cancer, such as hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).

Anti-GPC3 Antibody (YP7) (1 μg/mL) has excellent binding affinity and specificity for the native form of GPC3 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and other GPC3-expressing cancers[1].
Anti-GPC3 Antibody (YP7) (IR700-YP7, IR700 and YP7 conjugation) (10 μg/mL, 6 h) induces lysosome swelling, budding and rupture in A431/G1 cells[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
Anti-GPC3 Antibody (YP7) (IR700-YP7, IR700 and YP7 conjugation) (100 μg, i.v.) inhibits tumor growth companied with NIR light in A431/G1 tumor mice (homozygote athymic nude mice)[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 Jurkat cells labeling Anti-GPC3 Antibody (HY-P99840, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HY-P8005) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Mouse IgG1 kappa (HY-P99977, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
