In Vivo
Anti-Human/Rat HER2 (neu) Antibody (7.16.4) (100 μg, i.p., once daily, from day 13 to day 17) delays tumor growth in female BALB/c mice bearing TUBO tumors[2].

Animal Model:5×105 TUBO cells injected female BALB/c mice (5 weeks)[1]

Dosage:10 mg/kg, combined with Pyrotinib (10 mg/kg, p.o., 5 times a week)

Verified Bioactivity

Flow cytometric analysis of 1×106 MCF-7 cells labeling Anti-Human/Rat HER2 (neu) Antibody (7.16.4) (HY-P990238, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Mouse IgG2a kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99978, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
