Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (8D3) is a rat-derived anti-mouse CD71/TfR1 IgG2a type antibody inhibitor. Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (8D3) depletes of CD71+ erythroid cells but does not change percentages of Tregs in neonatal mice. Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (8D3) enhances neonatal mice defence against infection.

Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (8D3) (150 μg, i.p., on days 9 after birth) depletes of CD71+ erythroid cells but does not change percentages of Tregs in neonatal mice[2].

Verified Bioactivity

Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 MC38 cells with Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (8D3) (HY-P990129, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L (HY-P89199) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Rat IgG2a kappa (HY-P990679, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black). -
Immobilized TFRC Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His, HY-P72455) can bind Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (8D3). The EC50 for this effect is 10.58 ng/mL. -
Loaded Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (8D3) on CM5 biosensor, can bind TFRC Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His, HY-P72455) with an affinity constant of 1.80E-09 M as determined in SPR assay.
