Anti-Mouse TNFR2 Antibody (TR75-54.7) (5 mg/kg, i.p., twice weekly, for 3 weeks) significantly reduces white blood cell count (WBC) and downregulates some pro-inflammatory cytokines in JAK2+/VF knock-in C57BL/6 mice[2].

Animal Model:1×105 4T1 cells injected female wild-type Balb/c mice (8-12 weeks)[1]
