Anti-Rat CD28 Antibody (JJ316) (0.1-1 mg/rat, i.v., a single dose) induces regulator T cell (Treg) proliferation in Adult Lewis rats[1].
Anti-Rat CD28 Antibody (JJ316) (0.03-1 mg/rat, i.v., a single dose) Reduced the severity of EAE in myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG)-induced experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) rat models[1].
Anti-Rat CD28 Antibody (JJ316) (1 mg/rat, i.v., a single dose) increase CD4+CD25+ T cells and increases IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 and Foxp3 levels in Lewis rats[2].
Anti-Rat CD28 Antibody (JJ316) (1 mg/rat, i.v., a single dose) suppresses graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) reactions in spleen transferred Lewis × DA hybrid rats[2].
